Dr. Helfand will discuss the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (ICAN) and Physicians for Social Responsibility’s (PSR) report Nuclear Famine: 2 Billion at Risk?, which he co-authored. The report outlines the global health consequences of regional nuclear war.
